This Regulation establishes the procedure for reception of bilge water, sewage, garbage and other pollutants contained in wastewater and in the other residue as waste generated during the service of a ship from ships and small ships in ports. A port authority shall organize reception of ship-generated waste from ships calling at the port without causing undue delay to ships. The Regulation consists of 7 Paragraphs. Paragraph 1 lays down the general provisions. Paragraph 2 regards reception of ship-generated waste. Paragraph 3 concerns notification of ship-generated waste. Paragraph 4 establishes requirement to deliver ship-generated waste. Paragraph 5 establishes requirement to keep record on ship-generated waste. Paragraph 6 establishes fees for ship-generated waste. Paragraph 7 lays down the implementing provisions.
