This decree lays down the requirements applicable to the sampling and the consumption of water as well as the emissions of all kinds of installations classified for the protection of the environment subject to authorization, excluding those indicated in Article 1. It consists of 76 articles divided into 10 chapters and 8 annexes, namely: General Provisions (I); Prevention of accidents and accidental pollution, including rainwater (II); Sampling and water consumption (III); Effluent treatment (IV); Emission limit values (V); Conditions of rejection (VI); Emissions monitoring (VII); Environmental assessment (VIII); Environmental Effects Monitoring (IX); Terms of application (X).
