Clean Air (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 3318 of 2014).
These Regulations consolidate six Regulations concerning clean air, made under provisions repealed and re-enacted as part of the Clean Air Act 1993. The Regulations concern, among other things: emissions from vessels; exemptions from section 6 of the Act; information on air pollution and keeping of registers by local authorities; and appeals against notices under section 36 of the Act.
