The present Law regulates social relations in the sphere of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife and is directed at ensuring conditions for the conservation of wildlife and biological diversity, sustainable management of wildlife species for the purpose of meeting ecological, economic aesthetic and other demands of the man with the consideration of the interests of the present and future generations. The document consists of 11 chapters that contain 61 articles. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 6-11) regards state management in the sphere of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife. Chapter 3 (arts. 12-22) regards protection of wildlife. Chapter 4 (arts. 23-31) regards management of wildlife. Chapter 5 (arts. 32-33) regards hunting. Chapter 6 (arts. 34-36) regards fisheries. Chapter 7 (arts. 37-43) regards management of hunting and fisheries. Chapter 8 (arts. 44-46) regards regulation of number of wildlife species. Chapter 9 (arts. 47-48) regards financing and economic incentives for the arrangements regarding reproduction and sustainable management of wildlife. Chapter 10 (arts. 49-57) regards control in the sphere of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife.
