Drinking Water Management Act.
The purpose of this Act is to safeguard and improve drinking water quality, and to protect public health. It consists of 6 Chapters divided into 31 articles. Article 5 refers to the activities that may pollute water sources and water quality. Chapter 3 concerns the management of equipment. It establishes the water quality management in Chapter 4, public and private enterprises shall periodically inspect public drinking water equipment quality and make the results of these inspections available to the public. Further articles concern the penalties.
