Environmental Protection Charges Ordinance.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that for official actions in the sphere of emissions protection, waste disposal, radiation protection, freshwater protection, nature and landscape protection, as well as for soil and groundwater protection, charges as laid down in the enclosed Annexes shall be levied. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Levying of charges (1); Exemption from charges (2); Framework charges (3); Charges according to the value of objects (4); Charges in case of refusal or withdrawal of an application (5); Transitional provisions (6); Entry into force (7).
