The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Environment Protection Act of 30 March 1998 and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on protection of waters of 27 January 1997. Article 1 establishes that the competent authority shall levy fees for official acts or for the use of public facilities in the sphere of environment protection and water protection.
