Governmental Decree No. 479 validating the Regulation on methodology of drafting and contents of the project of maximum allowable emissions to the atmospheric air.
This Governmental Decree validates the methodology of drafting and contents of the project of maximum allowable emissions to the atmospheric air to be used by economic entities in the process of planning their projected activities. Maximum allowable emissions shall be calculated for each single economic entity on condition that ground level concentration of pollutants shall not exceed the established air quality standards. It contains calculation formula for emissions and description of the contents of the project.
