Ministerial Decree No. 1372 validating Technical Regulation on emissions by vehicles circulating on the national territory.
This Ministerial Decree establishes requirements for emission of pollutants by vehicles circulating on the national territory, and also establishes requirements for fuels, including gasoline, diesel and gas, and sets forth ecological characteristics for emissions.
