Clean Energy Regulations 2011.
These Regulations provide necessary details that will allow compliance with, and administration of, the Clean Energy Act.; In particular, the Regulations deal with: coverage of landfill facilities with direct emissions of between 10,000 and 25,000 tonnes carbon dioxide equivalent a year; the range of information required to accurately determine the emissions intensity and historical energy of a generation complex for the purpose of issuing and determining assistance in relation to that complex; and the eligibility criteria, the information required and the application form and process to apply for coal-fired generation assistance.
