Guam Feedlot Waste Management Regulations - Chapter 30 of Title 22 of the Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations.

These Regulations make provision for the control of operations regarding the production, storage and disposal of animal waste. The principal purpose if to protect the environment and in particular potable water resources and wetlands.; These Regulations: (a) establish a permit system for the purpose of registering all commercial operations which produce or handle animal waste and non-commercial operations located in specifically identified sensitive areas; and (b) provide rules for the operation of permitted facilities with respect to requirements for waste storage, disposal or treatment facilities.
