This Regulation establishes and defines: plants and facilities which are to be constructed or existing plants and facilities with significant changes in the work for which the Ministry of Physical Planning and Environmental Protection of the Tuzla Canton shall carry out the procedure of issuing of environmental permits; plants and facilities and other planned activities which are not subject to environmental permits; application for the environmental permit; content and necessary documentation which shall be submitted with the application for the issuance of environmental permits; cases where a supplementary documents can be requested and submitted; and other relevant rules related to the issuance of the environmental permits on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
