Environment Regulation (Amendment) Regulation (L.N. No. 17 of 2014).
These Regulations amend the Environment Regulations 2008 in Schedule 1 by prescribing by adding fees for, among other things: sewage discharge, effluents from various industries including Palm Oil Industries.
