Climate Change (Other Removal Activities) Amendment Regulations, 2010.
These Regulations amend the Climate Change (Other Removal Activities) Regulations 2009. Amendments include: the insertion of new definitions in regulation 3; insertion of a new regulation 3A on powers of the chief executive to issue guidelines or standards; changes to the heading of regulation 4 by adding “for embedding activity”; the addition of regulations 8 to 21 providing for the export of synthetic greenhouse gases and for the destruction of synthetic greenhouse gases; and the addition of a new Schedule.
