Order No. 31 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on subsidies for fertilizers (except organic fertilizers).
This Order establishes the modalities of subsidies for fertilizers (except organic fertilizers) envisaged by local budgets for the current financial year that can be allocated to natural and legal persons. It shall be applicable for subsidies of suppliers, traders and foreign manufacturers of fertilizers recorded in special register validated by the local self-government. Rates of subsidies shall be calculated per 1 ton of fertilizers. Subsidies shall be allocated in case of compliance with the following terms and conditions: (a) submittal of the application; and (b) availability of agricultural land on condition of ownership or tenancy pertaining to producers of agricultural commodities.
