Ministerial Decree No. 2119 amending Ministerial Decree No. 541 validating the Regulation on safety of fruits, vegetables, root crops and products of processing thereof.
Item 5.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Risks in the process of life cycle of fruits, vegetables, root crops and products of processing thereof subject to reduction for ensuring safety of human life and environment shall be: contents of fertilizers, toxic substances, mycotoxins, pesticides, radionuclides, nitrites and nitrates, mechanical, microbiological pollution of fruits and vegetables, technological means, food additives and finished products.”
