This Methodical Instruction contains general requirements for elaboration and contents of projects of maximum allowable emissions, elaboration of the arrangements for reaching them and regulation of emissions in the periods of unfavourable meteorological conditions. The aforesaid arrangements shall be subject to inclusion in annual and perspective social and economic development plans of economic entities. Rates of emissions shall be elaborated for five-year period form the date of implementation thereof. Project of maximum allowable emissions shall contain description of technological processes and equipment operated at the enterprise in relation to air pollution.
