The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 29 articles and nine Annexes, establishes details on (i) assessment of characteristics of surface waters and groundwaters, (i) monitoring and reporting information on conditions of surface waters and groundwaters, (iii) disposal of waste waters.
