The aim of this Sub-Decree is to guarantee a consistent high quality of agricultural materials in order to enhance agricultural production and to promote a highly efficient and sustainable agriculture in the Kingdom of Cambodia.; Agricultural materials shall include fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, veterinary medicines, animal feedstuff and feed additives.; The Sub-Decree stipulates that all agricultural materials produced or imported must be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). Furthermore, any individual who intends to manufacture, import ore export these materials shall obtain a permit from MAFF and shall conform to the quality standards prescribed by MAFF.; The Sub-Decree also contains penal provisions.
