4th Federal Immission Protection Ordinance.
The Annex of the present Ordinance lists the kind of plants requiring a permit to operate for more than 12 months on the same place. Article 2 lays down provisions relating to authorization procedures classifying plants in various groups. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
