Regulation No. 1 on rules and procedures for the assessment and approval of projects on Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM).
This Regulation lays down rules and procedures for examining and approving the suitability of the proposals and projects submitted in the framework of the Kyoto Protocol. Such procedures must be followed by the National Authority of Clean Development Mechanisms as the responsible authority in this regard. The Regulation consists of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Tasks and responsibilities of the National Authority of Clean Development Mechanisms; (III) Rules of procedure and examination of the Clean Development Mechanisms projects; and (IV) Criteria for national sustainable development.
