Lower Austria Canalization Law 1977.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the canal system in Lower Austria. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Fees for canalization (I); Establishment of a sewerage system and levying of a sewerage charge (II); Common provisions (III); Canalization and connections for households (IV). Two Annexes are enclosed.
