The Resolution provides for rules for protecting Borjomi water extraction site. Specifically, it regulates the first sanitary protection zone and borders of the site; list of treatment procedures permitted within the first sanitary protection zone; and list of prohibited activities within the first sanitary protection zone (2 chapters and 3 annexes).
