Resolution No 414 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Calculation of Permitted Limits of Contaminants in Waters Flowing into Surface Water Objects
The Resolution regulates contamination of surface waters. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Principles for the permitted limits (2); Developing a project of the permitted limits (3); Calculations of permitted limits for specific contaminants (4); and Contents of the project for the permitted limits (5). The Resolution also includes annexes on saturation limits of waters, and forms for plans and projects for the permitted limits of contaminants in waters flowing into the surface water objects.
