Regulation on the registration in the Register of fertilizers.
This Regulation provides full standards and necessary conditions for the correct and required evidence of registration in the Register of fertilizers.; This Regulation further provides for: the content, form and manner of keeping the Register of fertilizers; the content of the application and the documents attached to the application for mineral fertilizers that are part of the Register; the procedures and deadlines for direct entry into the Register of fertilizers.; Register of fertilizers is a unique national register of fertilizers held by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in writing and electronic form.; The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
