Order of 20 September 2002 on facilities for the incineration and co-incineration of hazardous waste.
This order relates to incineration and co-incineration facilities for hazardous waste. It sets out the incineration methods and measures to prevent atmospheric pollution and water. Four annexes set, respectively, the limit values for atmospheric emissions for incineration plants (I); the determination of the atmospheric emission limit values for the co-incineration of waste (II), the equivalence factors for dibenzoparadioxins and the dibenzofurans (III), Release limit values for aqueous effluents from waste treatment facilities (IV).
