Decree relative to trade in fertilizers and soil improvement substances and labelling of products based on organic waste (No. 500 of 1995).
This Decree of the Department of Agriculture allows fertilizing products of organic waste to be classified as class I in accordance with Schedule 8 of Decree No. 424 of 1993 specifying quality requirements for such fertilizer, if the content of heavy metals does not exceed the limit values laid down in the present Decree.
