Agriculture (Fertilisers and Feed) Act (Cap. 226).
The Act consists of 53 sections divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (I); Registration, renewal and cancellation of registration (II); Analysts and laboratories (III); Inspectors: searches and seizures (IV); Manufacture, processing and sale of farming requisites (V); Importation of farming requisites (VI); Miscellaneous (VII); Proceedings and penalties (VIII); Regulations and rules (IX).; Farm feed” and “fertilizer” are defined in section 2.
