Notice specifying fertilizers for purposes of the Fertilizers Regulations (Cap. 67:04).
This Notice of the Minister specifies, for purposes of regulation 2 of the Fertilizers Regulations, composition requirements for fertilizers or type of fertilizers. Regulation 2 defines “specified composition” in relation to a fertilizer or type of fertilizer the required composition thereof as specified by the Minister from time to time by notice published in the Gazette.
