Decree No. 92.752 approving the program of basic actions for protection of the environment.
This Decree approves the Program of basic actions for protection of the environment. It consists of 3 points specifying the aforementioned program as follows: Emergency Environmental Control Program, which includes: protection, inspection and recovery of the environment; Environmental Impact Studies; Licensing of polluting activities; Pollution control; Protection of public drinking water sources, etc. (Point 1); Human Ecology And Environmental Health Program, which main objective includes the identification and evaluation the risks and harmful effects on environment (2); Program for protection of natural resources and their relations with the culture, which regulates human activities involved in the environmental sector (3).
