Order PRE / 3539/2008 - Information that must be sent to the General State Administration by the owners of large combustion plants.
The purpose of this Order is to regulate the procedure and periodicity of the information that must be sent to the General State Administration by the holders of the existing large combustion facilities, as well as the mechanisms for control, evaluation and monitoring of the National Plan for the Reduction of Emissions from the existing Large Combustion Facilities.
