Regional Act No. 39 on the promotion of geodiversity, geosites and karst areas in Liguria.
This Regional Act aims at the preservation and promotion of geodiversity and geosites within the Liguria Region, with particular regard to water resources in karst areas. Articles 3 and 4 provide for the setting up of the regional register of caverns and geosites. Article 10 sets out penalties.
