Regulations for the protection of groundwater against pollution caused by certain dangerous substances, 2002 (L.N. No. 203 of 2002).
These Regulations aim at the prevention of pollution of groundwater by substances listed in the Schedule and to control or eliminate as far as possible consequences of existing pollution. Regulation 3 excludes certain effluents and discharges from the application sphere of the Regulations. Regulation 6 concerns authorization of artificial recharges of groundwater.
