Resolution No. 108-2017-MINAM ─ Guide for the determination of the mixing zone and the evaluation of the impact of a discharge of treated wastewater to a natural body of water.
This Resolution approves the Guide for the determination of the mixing zone and the evaluation of the impact of a discharge of treated wastewater to a natural body of water, which constitutes a guiding document so that those managed have criteria for the definition of the mixing zone in a natural water receptor body, as well as in the evaluation of compliance with the RCTs-Water, which is not exclusive of the use of other sophisticated and complex methodologies for the same purposes; It can be used as an input for the Environmental Management Instruments of new activities or in the adaptation of the Environmental Management Plans of ongoing activities.
