Nonpoint Source Pollution Control in Catchment Areas

The project objective was to lessen the negative effects of agricultural operations on water quality and environmental management in certain Chinese catchment areas. Another goal of the initiative was to spread information about successful methods of integrated catchment management and policymaking. By showcasing effective fertiliser usage management practises, encouraging organic farming, and undertaking ecological restoration, this project helped lower nitrogen pollution from nonpoint sources.
