Sanitation and Drainage Project Supplementary Loan

The project's goal was to reduce nitrogen by enhance sanitation and drainage services in a number of urban areas in Bangladesh through measures such as the development of new sewerage and drainage systems, the modernization of existing ones, the enhancement of solid waste management facilities and practises, and the fortification of relevant agencies' institutional capacity. In addition to helping the city's poor and disadvantaged, the project goal was to improve environmental quality and public health in the area.
